Meet the Egyptian Coven

The Egyptian Coven is comprised of Amun, Kebi, Benjamin & Tia.

• The Egyptian Coven consists of Amun, Kebi, Benjamin, and Tia, with Amun as the leader. It is stated that even though they are not a biological family, they could pass for one. Amun is extremely protective of his family and fearful of Aro.

Omar Metwally as Amun.

Omar Metwally was born in Queens, New York in 1975 to an Egyptian father and a Dutch mother, and moved with the family to Orange County, California at age three where he was raised. Metwally gained a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and while acting around the Bay area gained an Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater, San Francisco.

He has also starred in Rendition (2007), Munich (2005), The City of Your Final Destination (2009), Virtuality (2009). He also is/has appeared in the television show Fringe. He has an impressive resume.

I am very excited to see him as Amun. He should bring a different 'flavor' to the character ;) ♥
