Peter Facinelli says final scene of Breaking Dawn is the "battle" scene + the cast sad on the set

Breaking Dawn 1 & 2 are being filmed simultaneously in Baton Rogue.  Peter Facinelli stopped and chatted with MTV about how it is going.  The final scene that will be airing in Breaking Dawn - Part 2 was filmed and it made Peter and the cast a little sad to know the scene being filmed would be the last that is seen on the big screen.  He also mentioned that the final scene had 70+ actors in it, meaning the last scene isn't Bella and Edward in the cottage!?  I hope PFach just got a little confused.

"The other day when we shot that ending sequence, we knew that was the ending of the last two movies and it got a little melancholy," Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen, told us on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday. "It was sad."

Facinelli, too, admitted that filming the final fight has meant the cast must suffer through a "brutal" production schedule, but he credited director Bill Condon with creating a calm, creative working environment.
"Bill Condon's fantastic," he said. "He's such a great actors' director. He's really collaborative. He's a joy to work with. He's very relaxed all the time. You never see him sweat."

Does this mean that part 2 doesn't end in the cottage with Bella and Edward????????

What do you think Breaking Dawn will be like if it ends in the meadow with all the vampires?
We want to know your thoughts...

Robert Pattinson Says sex with Kristen Stewart is Awkward!!

On the set of ‘Breaking Dawn’ that is! He even compares it to a game of Twister!

While some may think that being paid to make love to your girlfriend would be a rather easy and enjoyable task, Robert Pattinson sees it somewhat differently! Rob opened up to MTV at the Golden Globes and said of onset lovemaking with stars including Kristen Stewart, Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci: “It’s always awkward in a way if you’re doing it with anybody. It really depends on how it’s staged and stuff. It’s like doing Twister.”

As for the incredibly popular first image from Breaking Dawn of Edward and Bella in bed, Rob said: “I love how they released that one for the first one! It’s just like, ‘Give it all away.’”

When asked what he is doing in the much loved shot, Rob joked: “sniffing.”

E! Twilight Star: "We're so busy, we don't even eat anymore"

We're sure Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are having fun making the last of the Twilight flicks, but Breaking Dawn is anything but a walk in the vampire park.

"We're so busy, we don't even eat anymore," says Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the hit movie franchise. "We just stopped eating."

Maybe the Nurse Jackie star is exaggerating a wee bit, but even so...

"It's a little bit more difficult," he told me at the Golden Globes about making the two movies at the same time. "It's a little more intimidating because there's so much work to be done, and you're jumping from one movie to another. It's not in any kind of order so it does get daunting as you figure out which movie you're in and what sequences you're in...

"It's long hours," he continued. "But we're putting in the work and hopefully it will come together as it always does."

That's not to say that Facinelli has any issues with director Bill Condon. "He's got the task and pressure of having the final two movies," he said. "[But] he never lets you see him sweat. He's always relaxed and he always takes the time to work with actors and he's always open to ideas."

As for the recently released sex scene pic of Edward and Bella, Facinelli insisted he hadn't seen it. "We're in the middle of work mode, so yeah, I don't get to see any of those because I'm on set," he said. "I never get to see any of the internet stuff."

Asked what the cast and crew has planned for their final wrap party, Facinelli smiled, ""I don't know. We're not there yet. We've still got like four more months to go."

While it may be sad to think about the end of Twilight, we'd love to hear what you think Pattinson, Stewart and the rest of the gang should do to toast (and mourn!) the end of their bloodsucking work. Give us your best wrap party ideas in the comments below.

LA Times 2011 Movie Preview:’Abduction’

John Singleton hadn’t directed a film in six years, and he was in no rush to make another one.
“I didn’t want to do a movie just to do another movie,” said the auteur, who last stepped behind the camera for a feature film for the 2005 Mark Wahlberg- Andre Benjamin revenge picture “Four Brothers.” “I wanted something that felt adventurous to me.”
The adventure he found comes in the form of “Abduction,” a conspiracy thriller starring “Twilight” teen pinup Taylor Lautner that comes to theaters Sept. 23.
Based on a buzzed-about script by Shawn Christensen and Jeffrey Nachmanoff, “Abduction” tells of a teenager who discovers his name on a missing-persons report and realizes the people who’ve been raising him aren’t his parents after all. He goes on the run to find out the truth, which involves a mix of shadowy organizations and complex plot turns.
“What I loved about the script is that this is the angst a lot of teenagers have — there’s always alienation, and the question of ‘Do I fit in with my parents?’ — but in this case it leads somewhere,” Singleton said.

Rob loves his on-screne daughter

Sources on the set of ‘Breaking Dawn’ say Robert Pattinson is always asking for his daughter!

Good news for Kristen Stewart: her man Robert Pattinson is going to be the best dad ever… someday! On-set sources tell R-Patz blog Robsessed that he can’t get enough of his on-screen daughter, Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy.) According to the source, Rob’s always asking, “Where’s my daughter?”

“They’re having a great time on set,” the insider reveals. ”They’re not only working, but having fun with friends. Lots of private parties, movies and jokes. … It’s like a huge family.”
Just when we thought Rob couldn’t get any dreamier, he proves us wrong. Not only is he handsome and talented, but he also has a sense of humor AND he’s star father potential! K-Stew is one lucky lady, and we can’t wait until they have kids of their own. Do you think Rob could make one of Hollywood’s best dads?

Peter Facinelli Says There's No Free Time While Filming Breaking Dawn

Peter Facinelli took a break from juggling drinks, texting Jennie Garth, and party-hopping with Robert Pattinson after the Golden Globes last night to talk to us on the InStyle after party’s red carpet. He opened up about what Kristen Stewart and the rest of the Breaking Dawn cast are up to and told us they aren’t done filming in Vancouver yet!

We asked Peter what he and the cast do when they have free time and he answered: “What free time? We don’t have any free time on this one. This one has been a lot of long hours so at the end of the night we go home, close our eyes and then we’re right back in the makeup chair doing it all over again. It’s kind of felt like one long day with naps in between.” Eek! It’s a good thing Rob and Kristen are working together on the film or else they’d never see each other!

Olivia Wilde Says Robert Pattinson Is Seriously Funny

Despite Robert Pattinson's exceptional gift for intense stares and pursed lips, he certainly has the power to amuse, according to one Hollywood "It" girl. Olivia Wilde, to be precise.

At the Weinstein/Relativity bash, the gorgeous "House" brunet chatted briefly with the Ministry (carefully standing on the perimeter of her epic Marchesa dress) about presenting an award with the "Twilight Saga" star at Sunday's Golden Globes.

"We laughed so much," she said of her moments with Pattinson before presenting the award for best foreign film. "He's seriously one of the funniest people."

Not to peel back the curtain -- but we also told you about the moments before Pattinson and Wilde stepped out to the stage, when Rob threw back a beer and tested bits to try on stage.
We all saw the outcome, but good to know Rob has a sense of humor just the same.

Rob On The End of Twilight: 'It's the end of an era'

Public speaking has never been Robert Pattinson’s favorite part of his job. But presenting the Golden Globe to director Susanne Bier for her drama “In a Better World” Sunday night proved to be a welcome respite for the actor, who’s knee deep in the middle of filming “Breaking Dawn,” the final installment of the “Twilight” saga, which will be split into two parts.

“It’s been really hard shooting both films at the same time,” admitted the 24-year-old star, moments before he had run backstage to present his award with “Tron” star Olivia Wilde. “But it’s the end of an era.”

Speaking by phone this month, director Bill Condon, who’s helming both installments of the finale, said he has been thrilled with what he’s seen from his leads. “All the characters are moving [in this chapter]," he said. "It’s really about the passage from adolescence to adulthood, and they all seem energized by that. It’s the stuff they are all connecting to in their lives.”

As for Pattinson specifically, Condon added, “Now he’s dealing with a character who’s like him. The final movie allows us to step behind the curtain of what it’s like to be a vampire. It doesn’t seem that exotic anymore; It’s trying to be more real.”

KStew No Need To Worry: RPatz Didn’t Look At Another Woman All Night!

For Robert Pattinson, the party scene after the 2011 Golden Globe Awards could be the easiest meat-market in history — plenty of young eager starlets luring Rob into a private assignation. But we know how he avoided temptation — and stayed faithful to Kristen Stewart.
Eyewitnesses at the after-parties hosted by NBC and HBO report it was resolutely a bro-before-hoes kind of night for R-Patz — the bro in question being his vampire dad Peter Facinelli, with whom he attended the parties. “Rob stayed away from girls all night,” says our source. “He stuck with Peter for the first two parties, and was being a very good boy.”

While Rob is a sweetheart to his girlfriend, there’s also the good influence of friend and on-screen dad Peter. Another eyewitness told us, “Peter Facinelli juggled two coronas and white wine. He took a while to get service at the bar and in the meantime was spotted texting Jennie Garth. He was telling her where he was and checking in.”

And if you’re wondering where K-Stew was — she was busy filming the latest installment of Breaking Dawn! Guess we can forgive her for not joining Rob if she’s working hard on Twilight.
